Farmers Market – High Street 9.00a.m to 4.00 p.m.

Stone’s Farmers’ Market is now accepted as one of the best in Staffordshire. This year the stalls will be selling a huge variety of local produce every day of the Festival.

 

THE HURLY BURLY THE AMAZING SOLAR & WIND POWERED FESTIVAL & FUNCTION CAFE 
We saw mella and her amazing cafe at LUDLOW AND JUST HAD TO INVITE HER TO STONE she will be there with her purple bus.

 

New This Year The Gourmet Food Marquee over 60 Stands all under cover 

NEW THIS YEAR!!!  over 60 stands .come & taste & sample foods from all over the U.K. also beautiful hand crafted ceramics, books on food & drink and amazing kitchen gadgets & tools all under cover in the beautiful Burgoynes Marquee.

 Richard will give a demonstration in the Trentham Estate Kitchen in The Crown Hotel .Richard will be showing off The Mombassa Guides Cook Book "Cook it" for Tumaini and smile TU.

 

Richard Astbury's Cookery Demonstration Sunday 1p.m. The Ballroom The Crown Hotel 

Richard is back by popular demand and will once again amaze the crowds with his culinary cuisine making a spectacular dish look simple.

 

James Tanner Cookery Demonstrations – 11.30 am and 2.30 pm

James will thrill you with his expertise and charm this brilliant T.V. Celebrity Chef is taking a break from his popular show to perform twice for us in The Crown Hotel.

TV heartthrob celebrity chef James Tanner is giving two demonstrations today.

Tickets £15 from the Festival office.

 

Sanjeev Kumar  of The New Monsoon Leek  Indian Cookery 4.00 p.m.  ( Back by popular demand /free demonstration)

Another exciting opportunity to see how to use Indian spices and to cook an authentic Indian dish.

 

THE MILL Jose the new owner of the mill is serving a traditional Portuguese buffet all day fantastic food!

 

Canal Boat Meet

ANOTHER FIRST THIS YEAR!!!

Take a stroll along the tow path and see a colourful spectacle of boats galore – all in Stone for the Festival See if you can spot the pumpkins.

The Big Mombassa Fund Raiser - Granvilles from 12.30p.m."SMILE TU" promote

Stone Guides are preparing, cooking and serving an African three course meal under the watchful eye of renowned Liverpool's Sean Miller Specialist African Chef. All proceeds to the Guides Mombassa Appeal. Tickets £15.00 Call Rachel on 07932672399/01785 816312 African Drummers will greet you with the pulsing sounds of the African Jambe drums. There will also be a chance to buy the newly launched Guides own recipe books "Cook It" for Tumaini and Smile TU.

George and Gill have put together a special three course menu to close their Festival week. Homemade starters, a choice of traditional roasts and mouth watering homemade puddings! Wines with Game Stone Railway Station 2.00 pm

A food and wine tasting of six different game dishes accompanied by appropriate red and white wines. A joint tasting organised by Touchstone Wines and March Hare Foods.

Crazy Daisies Coffee Deal
