PUMPKIN COMPETITION

Everyone welcome to bring their pumpkins along to be weighed at 12.30 p.m. in the market square The heaviest will be declared the winner . A cash prize and the shield presented by our mystery guest.                                                              

 

Farmers Market – High Street 9.00a.m to 4.00 p.m.

Stone’s Farmers’ Market is now accepted as one of the best in Staffordshire. This year the stalls will be selling a huge variety of local produce every day of the Festival.

 

Gourmet Food Marquee – Westbridge Park

NEW THIS YEAR!!!

Dozens and dozens of stalls selling a huge variety of products from across the country and beyond. All under cover .

We saw this at Ludlow and just had to invite Mella to our Festival Mella & her amazing purple bus!

Canal Boat Meet

The Mikron Theatre travels the canal network and we've been fortunate to persuade them to come to Stone to present their latest production "Thomas Telford". This is a free performance with a collection. Organised by Brindley's Floating Restaurant.

 

The Wonderful Wines of Spain - Stone Railway Station 7.30 pm

A tutored tasting with James Gillespie, awarded the title of "UK Wine Hero 2007" by Wine & Spirit Magazine and renowned expert on wines from Iberia. Admission by ticket only (£20) from Touchstone Wines, Lichfield Street or the Festival office.
