Festival Opening Ceremony – 11.30 a.m.
Last year’s favourite TV chef Mary Berry is back by huge public demand and will open the Festival in Market
Square.
JAMES TANNER WILL BE APPEARING IN THE CROWN HOTEL BALLROOM .CHEEKY BABY FACED TANNER WILL THRILL & AMAZE YOU WITH HIS
SKILLS. CHAT TO HIM AFTER HIS DEMO AND SEE IF YOU CAN LEARN TIPS OF THE TRADE! 11.30 & 2.30 SUNDAY
Farmers Market – High Street 9.00a.m to 4.00 p.m.
Stone’s Farmers’ Market is now accepted as one of the best in Staffordshire. This year the stalls will be selling a huge variety
of local produce every day of the Festival.
Gourmet Food Marquee – Westbridge Park
NEW THIS YEAR!!! over 60 stands where you can taste & sample food & drink from all over the
U.K. browse under cover at your leisure ,books on cookery food & drink also kitchen tools & gadgets. Arrive in style by park & ride from
Trentham. Buses will pick up & drop off every 20 minutes, luxury Baker Buses.

We saw this at Ludlow and just had to have the amazing purple bus appear at our festival.
Mary Berry Cookery Demonstration – 12.30 a.m.
The Trentham Estate Kitchen in the Crown Hotel Ballroom. Mary will be launching the Mombassa Guides Cook Book there are
recipes from many local people and all proceeds will go towards the orphans of Mombassa many of whom are H.I.V. victims. The book is called
"Cook it" for Tumaini and Smile TU.

champions) and WALTON PRIORY MIDDLE SCHOOL .
MRS GALE will compete against MR HATTON with CARLO CRIMOLO and his famous
Italian Chef of Pasta Di Piazza competing on stage to produce the best meal in thirty minutes! It was such a success
that we are doing it again. Whether you're a red tomato or a green pepper wear your ear-plugs and get ready for lots of fun.

Dave Smithwick was hilarious last year! So we've persuaded him to come out of retirement and be quiz master for the night. Test your
knowledge and tickle your taste buds. Another fun night is guaranteed. Cash prizes. Entry fee - £5 per person - form a team as many or

A tutored tasting with Roger Protz, one of the UK's top beer experts. Beer taster, judge and writer, Roger is the long standing
